QUESTION #1: WHERE IS MY ORDER?

First and foremost, thank you for your order! You should have received an email from my distrubuter, BookFunnel, that will include the codes needed to download your ebooks. You can also read on the BookFunnel app. Check your spam folder if you have not received the email. You can find all of your BookFunnel books here or go to www.bookfunnel.com/help to get further assistance.

QUESTION #2: CAN I READ ON MY E-READER?

YES! BookFunnel has a simple process that allows you to send your ebooks to your desired e-reader. If you run into any problems, reach out to BookFunnel at help@bookfunnel.com and someone will assist you.

QUESTION #3: CAN I RETURN THE DIGITAL PRODUCTS?

Since they are digital products and as soon as they are emailed to you, I can't get them back, I do not offer returns on the ebooks. I hope you understand. 

QUESTION #5: THE CODES HAVE EXPIRED

BookFunnel only gives you 14 days before your download code expires. You will have access to the books forever so no worries about that. Again you can send an email to help@bookfunnel.com to request new codes. Or you can go here and find all of the books you’ve purchased.
